This month’s Staff Spotlight highlights Arabel, one of Mujeres’ Domestic Violence Counselors. Growing up in Pilsen, she always knew she wanted to work at Mujeres.
Teens from Proyecto Juventud and Jovenes con Palabra help combat street violence through an internship program created by the Warriors Running Group. Shirts were created by teens as part of the internship.
This month’s staff spotlight focuses on Kay Kelly, who has worked at Mujeres for the past 28 years. Over these many years, Kay has helped families in crisis as the Director of the Women in Transition Program and the Intake Specialist for the Women in Transition Program.
