Domestic Violence Data Compliance Specialist
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, andcompliance of all client and program documentation within the Domestic Violence (DV) Program. This role is critical for
BASIC FUNCTION: Provides trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally-responsive services to survivors of domestic violence (DV). Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assessments, treatment, and safety planning; offering individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and advocacy; and coordinating care with internal and external resources. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in clinical reviews and reporting processes, engaging in outreach, advocacy, and community education efforts, and attending professional development trainings. Additionally, the counselor supports institutional advocacy for Latine survivors and may work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
REPORTS TO: DV Counseling Supervisor
LOCATION: Hybrid (3 days in office – Pilsen*)
*May be required travel to other sites, as needed
