the Empresarias del Futuro
Empresarias del Futuro is a culturally rooted program that empowers women to transform their dreams into economic independence. Through financial education, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development, participants are equipped to launch or grow their small businesses while building the confidence to lead in their communities.
With a strengths-based approach, we provide one-on-one coaching, group learning, and community networking opportunities that honor the skills, creativity, and resilience women already hold. EDF helps women not only achieve financial security but also build legacies of empowerment for their families and communities
Entrepreneurship Training& Small Business Development
An educational training program offered in Spanish for women who are interested in beginning or expanding their small business. Participants receive one-on-one individual business coaching, access business referrals (financial coaching services and access to capital referrals), and opportunities to participate in market events.
