Domestic Violence Data Compliance Specialist

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and
compliance of all client and program documentation within the Domestic Violence (DV) Program. This role is critical for maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, supporting site audits, and ensuring program data is available to leadership to enhance program outcomes. The ideal candidate takes initiative, collaborates effectively with program staff, and has a commitment to the mission of supporting survivors of gender-based violence.

REPORTS TO: Director of Domestic Violence Program

LOCATION: Hybrid (3-4 days in office – Pilsen*)
*Will be required travel to other sites, as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all client files across three offices: Pilsen, Brighton Park, and North Riverside.
  2. Regularly review and maintain up-to-date participant service data in ETO and InfoNet databases.
  3. Track and report direct service hours on a monthly basis, ensuring data is accurate and readily accessible for audits and program leadership review.
  4. Collaborate with program leadership to develop systems for collecting and analyzing participant survey data, monitoring participant outcomes to inform program improvement.
  5. Onboard new hires in data collection, entry, and reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and service protocols.
  6. Provide ongoing training and consultation to staff on documentation practices, ensuring compliance with program policies.
  7. Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external audits, including organizing and obtaining completed participant files as needed.
  8. In collaboration with program leadership, support in maintaining the program’s Policies and Procedures Manual with updated data documentation standards.
  9. Oversee file organization at all office locations, including proper handling and destruction of outdated files in compliance with policies.
  10. Manage all updates to participant files in ETO and InfoNet databases, collaborating with the MLEA ETO Administrator and ICJIA InfoNet Administrators.
  11. Participate in the completion of program reports, ensuring prompt and accurate submissions.
  12. Provide program leadership with data insights to enhance program outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
  13. Participate in internal and external meetings, contributing to program improvements and cross-team collaboration.
  14. Uphold professional ethical standards and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability.
  15. Other duties as assigned to support with other program and organizational initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), bicultural required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, databases, and technology.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social services preferred.
  • Prior experience with gender-based violence preferred
  • 40-Hour DV Training preferred
  • Certified Domestic Violence Professional preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations such as audits and site visits.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data insights into program enhancements.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting an inclusive, survivor-centered approach.

SALARY

$49,000-$54,000
